Returns Policy
This policy explains how refunds are handled for faulty products and approved returns.
Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products
If you believe that your product is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact Blueye Eyewear Customer Service as soon as possible.
We may request:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- A description of the issue
- Photographs showing the product and fault
- The product’s packaging
- Any other information reasonably required to assess the problem
Blueye Eyewear may inspect the product before providing a remedy.
Where required by applicable consumer law, an eligible customer may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. The available remedy will depend upon the nature and seriousness of the problem.
Australian consumers may have rights that continue beyond the one-year manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty expiry does not automatically remove Australian Consumer Law rights. ACCC guidance
Change-of-mind refunds
Change-of-mind returns are handled under our separate 28-Day Returns and Exchanges Policy.
Products must meet all eligibility requirements in that policy before a refund or exchange can be approved.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for Blueye Eyewear to process your refund. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the funds in your account.
Shipping charges
Approved refunds are for the product price only. Original delivery or shipping charges are not refunded.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. This applies to both faulty-product assessments and change-of-mind returns.
For faulty products, Blueye Eyewear will need to receive and review the returned product before confirming whether a fault is present and what remedy applies.
Duties, taxes and international orders
International customs duties, import taxes, currency-conversion fees and international payment fees are not refundable by Blueye Eyewear.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges applied by their local customs authority. If a customer believes any customs duties or import taxes may be refundable, they should contact their local customs authority directly.
If an international order is refused, unclaimed or returned because duties, taxes or import charges were not paid, Blueye Eyewear will provide a refund for the product price once the returned order has been received and processed.
