28-Day Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be confident in your purchase. Eligible products may be returned for a refund or exchange within 28 days of purchase.
This voluntary change-of-mind policy is separate from any rights you may have when a product is faulty.
Return eligibility
To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the product must:
- Be returned within 28 days of purchase.
- Be unused, unworn and in saleable condition
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Include all accessories, cases, cleaning cloths, manuals and other components
- Be accompanied by the original receipt or other proof of purchase
Blueye Eyewear reserves the right to refuse a change-of-mind return when these conditions are not met.
Items Not Eligible for Change-of-Mind Returns
The following products cannot be returned or exchanged simply because you have changed your mind:
- Customised, personalised or specially ordered products
- Clearance, final-sale or discontinued items clearly identified as such before purchase
- Gift cards and store credit
- Products that have been worn, used, altered or damaged after delivery
- Products returned without their original packaging, accessories or components
- Hygiene-sensitive products where the protective seal or packaging has been opened
These exclusions apply only to change-of-mind returns. They do not limit your rights if a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise covered by applicable consumer law.

Please provide your order number, proof of purchase and whether you are requesting a refund or exchange.
We will confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions.
Packing and shipping your return
Pack the complete product securely in a sturdy cardboard box. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
Blueye Eyewear is not responsible for a return parcel that is lost or damaged before it is received.

Exchanges
Approved exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the replacement product costs more than the original product, the customer will need to pay the price difference before the replacement item is sent.
If the replacement product costs less than the original product, Blueye Eyewear will provide the difference as store credit.
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of sending the replacement item. This applies to change-of-mind exchanges and exchanges involving faulty or incorrectly supplied products.
For international exchanges, customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes or other charges that may apply.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss an alternative or refund.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether it has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5-10 business days for processing. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.
Faulty products
The conditions of this 28-day change-of-mind policy do not restrict your rights if the product is faulty, unsafe or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees.
